Hello and
Welcome,
My main
goal as a therapist is to provide you
a place where you feel safe and understood, while providing you the assistance required to apply change in your
life. Many of us, who live at the current pace of life, continue to experience daily stressors. Whether it’s the
stress of a relationship, work related stress, emotional pain or physical pain; all of these stressors take a
significant toll on our life often leading to depression, anxiety and fear while also affecting our relationship
with others.
As a
therapist with years of experience, I
am not only here to listen to you but also to provide you with the assistance that you are looking for in your
life. My training as a Cognitive Behavior Therapist focuses on providing you with a better understanding of your
thoughts and emotions in relation to your behaviors. This understanding in many cases leads to positive change in
your life.
