Dr. Oncley completed his B.A. at California State University, Long Beach. He has a duel Masters, with an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Seminary and an M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Chapman University. He returned to Fuller Seminary to complete his Ph.D. He is licensed in California as a Clinical Psychologist (PSY13762).
He specializes in complex cases with overlapping physical and emotional problems. He currently performs his inpatient work at La Palma Intercommunity Hospital where he has developed a very strong reputation for handling especially difficult problem areas.
